Teaching Resources

In order to be successful "in the middle," we believe leaders need to:

  • Understand the broader organizational context and the natural and predictable points of tension and conflict inherent in all organizations.

  • Within this context, learn how to "get things done" through building their own personal credibility, identifying and influencing various stakeholders and implementing systems and processes designed to accomplish goals.

As you will see below, all of our teaching resources are designed to help "leaders in the middle" understand the organizational context and how to get things done within this context.
